Are BBC Radio 1 and Radio 2 failing to deliver distinct content?

Radiocentre seems to think so.  Their  key findings from the research were unveiled today by Siobhan Kenny, Chief Executive of RadioCentre, at a fringe meeting on the future of the BBC at the Conservative Party Conference. In particular, she called for tougher regulation of the BBC to help prioritise the delivery of public service output in future.
