 So, Lenny Henry in Othello?

This was on again yesterday afternoon on Radio 4.  I was in and out so didn't give it the attention it possibly deserved.

The bits I did catch, it sounded like Lenny Henry had just popped in to Othello with some proper actors.  Has my lack of attention deceived me?  Should I listen again?
